Our Purpose
UCHW is developed to initiate community change with the intent to close the gap in patient care and physician treatment plan. This would include patient education, advocacy, physical fitness and nutrition, by urging community leaders and local organizations to provide more walkable spaces, safe locations for physical activity and fresh, healthy food options.
